Mad About Tackle owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error. If an item(s) received is not what you ordered please do not open the packaging. If you attempt to use the incorrect item or open its packaging this can be deemed as you accepting the item and you may not have any further claim.
If there is an error please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the items so we can rectify the error as quickly as possible. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you are unsure or would like to talk to us before returning your item please phone us on +61 0488 008 411. You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In most situation refunds take 5 - 10 days.
Credits will be refunded using the same method you used for payment on your order. When you return an item it must be carefully packaged. Please remember to send it freight paid and insured. The item is your responsibility until it is returned to Mad About Tackle.
