Mad About Tackle is primarily an online business but is happy to provide free delivery of purchases to all hotels in the Cairns area and to the local marina’s for anglers that maybe travelling through Cairns on that fishing trip of a life time.

In addition if you live in the local area and wish to pick up your purchased items, you can contact Chris either via phone or email to arrange a convenient time for collection.

Your confidence in our shipping is a must so we completely committed to shipping your order promptly.  We will ship your order within 24 – 48 hours. We understand you will be excited to receive your item and we want it to arrive at your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Unless otherwise requested all orders are posted by Australia Post Parcel Post Service.  All items can be shipped by other means, including Australia Post Express Post with signature and insurance options attached – please note these may include additional charges as per Australia Post requirements.

Mad About Tackle is also happy to offer FREE postage on all items over $125 excluding rods.

Mad About Tackle can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next weight increment.
