If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our office on 0488 008 411 within 7 days to receive a reference number for a full refund, store credit or merchandise exchange.
Returned items must be in original condition and in their original packaging. We can not accept any item that has been used or tampered with or damaged. When an item is accepted for return the purchase price will be refunded less shipping and handling costs.
We ask that you include a copy of the receipt, packaging slip or invoice with the returned item as well as brief note explaining the reason for the return and whether it’s a credit or exchange. Please include your name, phone number, shipping address and email as well in the note. It is that simple and easy.
For International returns/refunds - All refunds will be made in Australian Dollars and are subject to GST. If you are an international client we can not guarantee the exchange rate at the time of refund. If the return is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs.
Please also note that additional postage charges will apply.
